Guarantee Small Appliances:

  • Bring  your product to our Customer Care centre, 125, High Street, Hamrun, for any claim.
  • Periodical servicing needs aren’t covered by guarantee.
  • Products are to be maintained in general good condition and cared for properly during guarantee period.

Guarantee White Goods:

  • In case lifting devices are needed for transportation these are at customer’s cost. Reasonable working space is to be prepared in case of imminent technician visit. Missed visit appointments are chargeable at normal rate.
  • In washing machines mechanical parts are covered for two years.
  • Important that Installation preparation to be done according to guidelines and prior to installer visit.
  • In hobs igniters and thermocouple covered for two years.

  • In case of limited space when moving products we are not responsible for any damage to property nor will be risk our employees health to make dangerous moves.
